  On chain restaurants, that just serve fast food, I think it's important to give out feed back some people know the good or not so good locations.
  
  There are good Dunkin's, and bad Dunkin's.  This one is excellent on many fronts. They are pretty quick.  The different people will try to start your order cooking before you have even officially ordered.
  
  And that is to say the customer service is far above. It was no one person. It is the type of place where positivity and kindness pervades the whole team working here.
  
  It's a clean place, with the usual assortment of wifi'ers pecking away at laptops. It has a nice outdoor seating area as well. Its shaded with plenty of tables. It's above average because this location shares the outdoor patio with 3 other restaurant chains. Overall it's hard to better than this location does.

  Every day on my way home I got a coffee every day I ask for it the same way every day they don't put any sugar in it at all! I'm positive when you say sugar they don't put it in there just to piss you off! If you're that miserable with your job take your happy ass onto another one and have somebody else make my coffee the way I want it thank you very much!

  Asked for a frozen coffee got something else, asked them to fix it. And gave a frozen coffee that I couldn't finish.  It taste horrible, how hard is it to make a frozen coffee? Worst coffee I ever had. EVER!!!

  It was bad before, but now we rather drive out of the way just to go to a different Dunkin' Donuts. I only go after 10pm. I order 1 small hot black coffee, and one small iced black coffee, only to hear the lady say "excuse me sir but we can only handle one drink at a time thank you." It's literally 2 black coffees. Every time I go to the drive thru, I have to wait for the person in front of me to order and to pick up and drive away with his/her order before I can even place mine. When I say "hello" after waiting 5+ minutes at the menu, the same lady responds and says "we can only handle one customer at a time please wait your turn." Not only that, but they get the drinks wrong 10/10. I order a black hot coffee and she'll give me a ice coffee with cream and sugar. I have to repeat my orders over and over no matter how simple the order is. I'll be asked to clarify if I want it iced or hot, and I'll say "hot" 3x just for her to hand me a iced. Lol. Save your time and your money and go to a different Dunkin.

  Been there about once a month with no issues, but this morning was absolute nightmare. The root cause was - the manager on shift!!! I went inside for my order and almost every order was wrong. The girl delivering orders even screamed at the staff making the orders, "all your orders are messed up". I ordered just a sandwich, bagel with bacon, egg, cheese. I had to verbally repeat order because the numbers on the ticket weren't matching what was being sent for pick up!!! . Once I got it and she repeated what it was, drove home to discover it was only a bagel w cream chesse. Drove back to the store, complained what was happening, the manager, a lady was there and all she did was say, we're out of bagels, i can get you same in english muffin. No apology, no recognition of what was still going on, with 2 other people online upset with their orders!!! Kept waiting for my order with no results. I looked over the counter to the take out window and I see the manager over there laughing with the workers that were screwing up the orders, totally ignoring the frustration at the customers and letting the cashier take all the heat!!! I finally complained again, saying, where is my order that I had to drive back here to get? The poor girl, left her station, ran over to where the manager was, and there was my order, had been sitting there, without anyone taking the care or time to send it over!!
